I want this web-site to be thought provoking, uplifting, sad at times, but also a place for all of us to learn, to unravel the whys and wherefores of what this planet and our journey upon it, is all about.

Very, very, briefly about myself, I have helped many upon their journey through their healing and emotional path of life for .........well lets say quite a few years! Have been through my own traumas, heartaches the same as everyone else upon this crazy planet, but ......... have also had magical times, emotions that have taken my breath away, been constantly amazed, and challenged by people, life and information given from, lets just say a higher energy.

My work has taken me to countries extremely rich, heartbreakingly poor, where I have truly seen and questioned balance in all things.

The Spagyric Soul Essences I work with and will mention, can help you all in various ways in body, mind and spirit and have all been featured in The Sunday Times ‘What’s the Alternative’ Style magazine, and other newspapers and magazines.

I will constantly write about subjects each month, that I hope will inspire and give some understanding on all manner of subjects.

It is written that the Vitruvian Man, represents ‘the marriage of Heaven and Earth’ The unification of the complete circle ......no beginnings or endings.

“As above so below” “What comes around goes around”

This is what this site is all about, removing boundaries, exploration. Even understanding illness as an opportunity to change, being true to ourselves, most of all allowing the acceptance of just being who we are. There is a circle of life, this is what we are going to explore........

I am hoping as this site evolves, it will never remain static......It will be ever evolving, changing, as our world is today. I want people to share from all denominations, for we come from the same energy, just geographically born in different places, but we are all same , share the same hopes and dreams, only now we are all looking for answers.

I hope that in some way I can aspire to unravel some of these mysteries, and together we can change the world. We can alter the old ways of thinking, or programming, for many of our teachings from our childhood that were handed down to us from our parents, do not seem to quite fit in today’s world.

In some cases bringing Ancient Knowledge and writings, to blend with the 21st Century. Also most importantly it will have its times of humour and fun.
