AUGUST MESSAGE - 2006
Its funny that of all the places I have travelled to in the world, Egypt was not one of them, since I proudly owned my first Library ticket, that was the first book I asked the lady for, as then had no idea what to do in this place of books . She found for me the opening of Tutankhamen tomb, complete with pictures !
Every programme of the place was devoured by me, seemed I was so hungry for it, even last year walked into the room where a programme was showing some ruins there, I instantly said “oh that’s Karnak!” how do you know I was asked .... but I just did.
So this leads me to say, I have just come back from this magical Ancient place. Can you believe, all the tours to the ruins were around 3 hours drive away, where you had to be up and perky at 6-30 in the morning ready to leave, as the heat is relentless by mid day.
But where was Karnak .... 5 mins up the road . wonderful, first time I walked through those magnificent statues, the tears started to roll down my face for no reason, except that I felt as if I had come home, people I am sure where wondering why a woman in a wedding hat ....yes well could not buy anything else at the duty free ! was walking around crying , never have a tissue when you want one !
Had many wonderful meditations there, very spiritual experiences, I was told before I went by “Head Office!” as I call them, that I would find a magical crystal to work with, after a few days, realised that would not happen, as none were sold there, then on one of the tours, the traders seem to leap out of no –where...all selling the same, most of it, you would so not want, but there was a lovely guy with quiet energy, who looked so crestfallen, that I bought something from him, that never in a million years will I use, even to do the housework in, would even frighten the cat! Anyway gave him some money, then he came after me to give me a gift, what was it.... yes a crystal, bless him, so it is now in my healing room, magic always happens when you least expect it .....
Many years ago in one of my meditations I was taken back to Egypt, saw myself working with oils, which is my passion in this life. Smell to me evokes of sorts of memories, so the oil I used then, I placed and massaged into the soles of the feet, the oil then was called Kira Kira.. Always have remembered that, so was I surprised when one of the girls I went with, took me to a healer and herbalist in Luxor, who works with the purest of oils. ..... he knew of this oil, blended it for me, so again 3000 years on, again with great privilege I am again using.
Among other oils I bought for my work, is one I call Soul Retrieval, this is so powerful, must not be placed on the skin, only inhaled .....another for the heart chakra only, helps heal pain through broken heart, childhood memories etc, up to now the results have been amazing. Plus my clinic smells like a Healing Temple ! Love it.....
On another note about all things wondrous ..... One of the girls with me is a Muslim, whose leader is the Aga Khan.... he has a resting place in Egypt, where a rose is placed every day for him, in his tomb, she wanted to go there to pray, after a journey that seemed to be as far as the moon and back, we finally crossed the Nile to his resting place, that is revered by so many.
Then we were told it is not possible any more for any worshippers to be allowed in, this stopped 3 years ago, we were devastated for her, when behold....an Ancient Man appeared at the bottom of the waters edge, he explained he had watched over the tomb for over 45 years ..... He then out of the blue said he would take her ..... We were all amazed, quickly looked around the boat, asked what did she need to take, she looked at us and said “Only My heart” upon climbing a Million steps it seemed, she reached the top,....There was a Holy Man an Iman.who met her, why was he there ???????? blessed her and read the Koran with her for I hour ..... for her it was the most magical experience ... for all of us, yet another lesson, have no expectations in life, if it is meant to be ..... It will ......
