DECEMBER MESSAGE - 2006  So as I am typing this at the start of December, like the rest of us all I, am thinking where has the year gone !   All of us I know have had the most trying of times, as I have spoken about before the shift on the Earth is not just about global Warming, for their is an unseen world, running parallel to ours, in another dimension that attunes itself to us, within this energy field is also changes, meaning we have to adapt to the new, this as we know as Earth people ! we just so hate, change of any sort always makes us uncomfortable ............ from the Realms of Spirit, for this is truly our home, being here only to learn ..... they do not understand out programming, to fear change, as they tell us, this is an OPPORTUNITY to move on, to grow, to experience, because like it or not .... we DID choose to go through all of our circumstances, so we can look back and understand if was an opportunity to grow.   Please understand that when we undergo an energy shift upon our Earth, our own energy field is also effected, it has to struggle to accommodate a new energy/vibration, this can mean on some level we can feel unwell, this can also resonate on certain parts of our body where we store emotions, as we know, each chakra resonates to certain organs, this can manifest there, as the energy is trying to clear from our bodies, so we have to look at that part of us, recognise why it is manifesting, try to understand, work thought it, and let go. Please bear this in mind, as also we can feel vulnerable, all manner of old thoughts manifesting again, making us feel uncomfortable. We are being alerted to work on this, in any way that feels comfortable, IT MUST BE LET GO OFF ............... IN WE CAN GLIDE INTO THE NEW ...........    how many times in life have we been distressed to have to leave either a job, relationship, a way of thinking, been feeling so lost, out of control, only to look back and say "Well if that had not happened I would not be here now " .............. and wherever that is, is normally exactly where we should be, but needed to be pushed and prodded to get there !   so many say to me how "Lucky" I am to be Clairvoyant, but as I always say, we all are, its just that we have forgotten to connect to our selves, many times we all feel if something is right/wrong, but never act on it, thats when if we look back we get ourselves into trouble ! give it any name you wish Soul talking, Clairvoyance, doesn't matter its our own personal radar !    Strangely when we are undergoing stress and turmoil, that is when it's at its strongest, so please may I ask you to start to act upon how you feel, act on your instincts, we have progressed (supposedly!) over time walking this earth, but ................ if we look back to the beginning, in Neanderthal times, we lived on our instincts, for then we were truly connected to all , it was then called the flight or fight, chakra within our body, the sacral chakra located just below out tummy button, this chakra relates in the physical to the bowel, how many have IBS now, why ?....... because we not in control within our lives, could this be you???????? the Aborigines, Native American Indian's all communicated this way, we have lost that connection, not because it has gone, but because we have shut down to it, the Animal Kingdom still in the wild move on quickly, watch either a deer or fox, move from one place, when we can see no reason for the swift movement,. when within seconds a predator or something will arrive, its all about honouring our instincts.   So back to understanding on some level what has gone before in this year, there was an article written in a Sunday Newspaper on a Spagryric product , this product was to help with mild depression, this time I took the calls in my clinic, I have spoken to many, when listening to their stories, life for some has been relentless ................. strangely though when talking to them, they have all made life changing decisions to move on in some way, yes life on Earth can be difficult ............. but ............ also when looking back we truly can understand the reason behind it.   Can I just stress, on a Spiritual level we are never alone, we do have a "Team" up there allocated to each one of us . I call them "Head Office " who have never, ever in my  life let me down, explanations of each trauma I have experienced, has been explained to me for my greater good ........... so now I just surrender to what is happening ! and Inshalla (God willing) they know best. For we all forget and need to be reminded that we choose every scenario that we experience, as something we know for our Souls growth, or Karma to be cleared.    Before I finish I wish to touch on something that is being raised as a question many times.   Many of you are sad that people in your lives have gone from you this year, either in a passing, or their behaviour means they have detached from you, sometimes the friendships have been over many years.   Please understand this years energy is just about that, we are going through uncomfortable times, to move us to where we should be for our own good, sometimes friends/lovers journeys are not ours, they have their own experiences to have, that might not include yours , so we must not stop them, they have their Karma to unravel this time on Earth, the same as we do, so instead of feeling abandoned, which in truth is all about Self, let them go in love. for they are journeying as we are, remember if something is meant to come back into our lives it always will, their is truly no finality in life ................. just the timing sometimes is not the way we want it !   for to Truly love someone, friend/lover, we all want the best for them, that is unconditional love, so change your thought process, get off the feeling of ME, even if they have hurt you badly, that is something THEY have to deal with, not you, if you stand in your truth.  So move on, let it go, they now have to deal with on a Soul level, we are all accountable in the end.......................You  see sometimes in the greater good, it is about THEM .   So as a last look back upon the year . please try not to waste any experience you have undergone,  understand it was for your greater good, no matter how difficult, please take this opportunity to learn form it, for the main reason for all of us, is to go into the New Year with these lessons fully behind us, grow from them, listen to your inner voice, if you need to make changes, if they feel right, not matter how bizarre ........... listen to your inner voice,  it will never let you down, it is your own form of guidance.   Please try to go into the New Year, with a new energy for yourself, Speak your truth, come from Integrity, make changes you feel are right.................... Remember you are not alone, the realm of Spirit, knows how hard it is to be here, they will help you every step of the way ................... just ask ........ just learn to connect again...... be still and listen ............   Love, light, blessings to you all . for this Season and the coming year ahead ............. be brave , make changes !   blessings   yvonne
