vegetation and plants,  so we all feel hope from the expectations of new beginnings, sunshine, holidays, long Summer nights, makes us sigh inwardly, the Winter has passed, but Winter is there for a reason, not just for Mother Earth to have respite, not only for some small animals to hibernate.  for The Native Americans taught us it is a time of human hibernation, to be reflective, of all that has gone before, to digest, Winter follows Autumn a time of Harvest of assimilating, many are ill in this Season, not because of the cold, but because we have become still, hurrying home at night after the day, to literally curl up in our space, it is then that the physical body manifests all manner of illnesses, strangely therapists are more busy in the Winter than the Summer, depression sets in more, for as we know natural light, lifts our mood, heat relaxes our muscles, so          even though Winter is cold, that’s because we need to huddle up at home, let our bodies rest, catch up, ready for Spring again when the cycle starts is process . Nature is there for a reason, a natural rhythm of life . That we all adapt to.

Depression this year has been for me as a Therapist at its highest, the reason I feel is going back to previous newsletters/videos I have written, as we are in a time of emotional cleansing, this has resulted in old fears/issues raising its head, needing this time to be dealt with, so as old fears and re-patterning emerge, so does the Depression, feeling of helplessness , no motivation, also panic attacks in some, this is why the Freedom depression essence is such a bonus at this time, working more on the emotional aspect, helping clear/delete, hence helping the physical. Creating purpose and the ability to cope.

I take many calls from around the UK many asking if I can recommend a particular therapist ... of course I cannot answer for all areas, but this month will feature on Somerset/Dorset  boarders  the lady I am recommending is a fully qualified therapist

I am also, as promised in my last newsletter going to end with a commonly asked or e-mailed question of all who have sent to me, this is the one this month I have chosen .

Q. I have recently lost my dear Mother, since her passing I have times when I feel her around me, this is always when I am on my own, please can you help me to know she is safe.

A. Once a parent always a parent, when a soul passes from the Earth plane they go “home”

back into the Spirit world from whence we all came. Their lessons have been learnt, the boxes have been ticked with the life experienced, the physical body is now tired.

But saying this, a soul that has been upon the earth in a family unit, will always be aware of what is happening upon the earth plane with their families, many times I have  read as a medium, giving information from loved ones, regarding issues within the life, that have long happened after their passing.

Quite often in the early stages, people talk of dreaming of someone who has passed, looking as real as ever, always healthy, this is something always commented upon, even if at the final stages of life, the soul was in the last stages of Cancer . these “dreams” are not dreams as we know them, but the Soul needing to let loved ones left upon the earth know they are doing just fine, sending the connection in the dream state as a comfort. Many also say they can smell a perfume, experience a breeze around their bodies, these are all signs from the soul, to say all is well, I am around you.

Many times I have had people say to me that a much loved pet has been seen running through the kitchen or up stairs. Only to be gone again, for the animal kingdom also if touched by love, is aware of the grieving they leave behind, wanting as our friends and families wish, us to know all is well, for ultimately there is no such thing as Death it is the

GREATEST LIE EVER TOLD  .....
