Meditation:
One of the first easy steps to begin your transformational journey is through meditation. Meditation is an effective treatment for stress, worry, lack of focus, relationship problems, addictions and more. It leads to peace of mind and wellbeing, greater focus and creativity and better relationships. Now scientists are finding evidence supporting many of these claims.

Past Life Regression:
Occasionally problems can arise when former lifetimes influence the present life. A situation, person, illness can often trigger a memory bringing forth a past life condition, illness or emotion. When the emotion starts to interfere with our daily life, it needs to be addressed especially as we do not have the tools to access the past story or know why certain things are happening to us. For example, many unexplained allergies/phobias have their source in other lifetimes.

With my treatment, your soul/brain is gently guided to the life that is causing the problem, enabling us to understand the root of the issue and break the pattern.
